JADE - ROSE HANDMADE CLOTHING STORE POLICIES
As a small shop owner, I strive to provide top quality handmade clothing for children and mama's. Each item is handmade by me and is inspected by me prior to being packaged for shipping. If you ever have an issue with a product or unsatisfied, please reach out to me.
PRODUCT DROPS
Unless stated otherwise, all drops will be a pre-order and will have a 15-25 Business day Turn Around Time (TAT). IF the drop is Ready to Ship (RTS) or Customs that will be stated in the product description as well as posted on the business Facebook page.
ORDERS
All orders are placed here on the website (www.jade-roseclothing.com). If you choose to use a rep code, they are posted in the Facebook group. I am not responsible if you forget to use a rep code and the discount you would have received will not be refunded.
CUSTOMS:
All custom orders are final and can not be cancelled once they have been placed. No discount codes can be used on a custom order. Custom products can not be refunded.
ISSUE WITH YOUR ORDER:
If for some reason you have discovered that there is an issue with your order, please message JADE-ROSEHANDMADE@OUTLOOK.COM or the JADE-ROSE CLOTHING Business page on Facebook within 24 hours of ordering to see if a correction can be applied to your order. Within the email, please include your order # and the correction that needs to be made. If a correction can be made, an invoice of the change in price will be sent in the responding email.
SHIPPING
My goal is to have every order out in a quick and effective order. However, that isn't always possible as life happens! With that understanding, I will ship all RTS items (that are not ordered with any preordered items) within 5 Business days. All Custom & Pre-order items have a will be shipped within 25 business days, though I strive to be faster. If there has been a change in address, you must message me via Email or Facebook business page within 48 hours of placing your order or it will be shipped to the address on file!
TRACKING:
All orders will shipped through trusted delivery services (either through USPS, FEDEX, or UPS) and tracking will be uploaded within 6 hours of being dropped off. Please note that if you have any shipping issues, please contact me so I can work to fix them.
ORDERS CONTAINING PREORDERS WITH RTS AND/OR FABRIC ON HAND:
Orders that contain items from RTS and/or fabric on hand as well as items from a preorder will not ship until that preorder ships. Meaning that your RTS or fabric on hand order that would normally have a 5 business day TAT will have a 15-25 business days due to combining it with a preorder. However you may do two separate purchases if you would like so that your RTS or On Hand Favric purchase will ship in 5 business days and your preorder will ship separately after its TAT
REFUNDS
All sales are final. The only time a refund will be issued is if there was an unseen issue on my end before shipping. Any issues MUST be emailed within 24 hours of delivery to JADE-ROSEHANDMADE@OUTLOOK.COM or the JADE-ROSE CLOTHING Business page on Facebook with photos of the product(s). In order to accept a refund, the clothing must be unworn and clean of any pet dander, dirt, or food. Items MUST be shipped back within 2 Business days. If for any reason the item(s) shipped back to not meet these conditions, the return will not be accepted and the item(s) shipped back to you.
